The service

PassportSnap Pro ("the service", "we", "us") provides a free, in-browser passport size photo maker. Use of the service is at your own discretion and risk.

Acceptable use

• You may use PassportSnap to make passport, visa, ID, and stamp photos of yourself or people who have given you permission.
• You must not use the tool to make fake or fraudulent identity documents.
• You must not upload photos containing minors without parental consent.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the service, abuse rate limits, or interfere with other users.

No guarantee of acceptance

We try to keep country presets accurate, but passport, visa, and ID authorities can change their requirements at any time. PassportSnap does not guarantee that a photo produced with the tool will be accepted by any specific authority. Always verify the current official requirements for your country before printing.

Intellectual property

The PassportSnap brand, code, and design are owned by their respective creators. Photos you upload remain yours — we make no claim to them and never receive copies.

Third-party services

One optional feature (AI clothes change) uses a third-party AI provider. Using that feature also means agreeing to the provider's terms. All other features run entirely in your browser.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet any specific country's requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PassportSnap is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including rejected passport applications, lost time, or printing costs.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
