Canadian passport photos must carry the photographer/studio name, full address, and date on the back. If you print at home for a personal application, a commercial photo studio still needs to endorse the back — or use a commercial passport photo service for that step.
Canadian visa (IRCC) photos use a slightly different rule set — confirm on the canada.ca page for the specific application before reusing the print.
